The mark started from 2-3cm scratch like shape and steadily increased to this. The long mark is not dead pixel, the screen works normal. It is most prominent when looking from sides but it is barely visible when looking straight into the screen as you can see in the pictures.
Can anyone tell me what this is? how to fix this?
please forgive my bad English.Thank you

No, and I could be wrong. However, I work in schools and see similar problems when kids put pressure on the screen with their fingers. Usually it's a crack in the LC that bleeds under the screen, sometimes one of the filters gets dented and creates a permanent artifact in that spot. I've never seen your exact issue but it looks similar enough to others.

I don't think there is a fix. I always just recycle and replace them.

An LCD screen is made up of many layers. It looks like someone damaged one of the layers that isn't the backlight and isn't the liquid crystals or color filters, but rather one of the layers between the LC and the Backlight. I'm guessing you have kids and someone was having fun distorting the colors on the screen with their finger.
