So i just got my new RoccatKave headset in the mail, everything was fine untill i put on the headset. I started hearing a white noise no matter what i did i could not fix it. I eliminated the chance of it being from my PC i put the pc volume on mute and i still heard it, tried plugging the usb into another slot and still hear it. So far im aiming towards a faulty usb plug, but im reading that this is a common problem with this headset.
Anyone have a suggestion?
