White Screen on regular mode - NO problem on Safe Mode

My Toshiba Satellite displays a White Screen some time after startup. I replaced the Vista by Windows 7 and I still have the problem.

Only one I enter in Safe Mode I can use it wihout any problem.

This make me think that it is not a connector problem.

Any suggestion?

It is almost certainly a driver problem. I would suggest you try this:
open a command prompt (dos window) with Admin privileges.
type: SFC /SCANNOW
let it run for a while.

Or try:
Get your windows boot media and do a repair install.

If your Windows 7 install was an upgrade install, backup your personal files.
Boot from the Window 7 media (typically a CD).
Once the setup lets you select a disk, delete the existing partitions (this will delete everything on your PC).
Create a new partition and install windows (this is called a clean install).

the SFC/SCANNOW says that did not find integrity problems.

I will try the second option later. You suggest that the damaged drivers are still on my computer? If this is the case, do you know what drivers Safe Mode use in order to do not have any problem?

Is there any other option? I would like to avoid installing everything again ....

In safe mode you typically use the built in drivers only. A repair install is not a wipe.
