Question White Screen when opening laptop no mouse

so i opened my laptop and it started with a black screen with glitches and then it slowly turned into a white screen. I have a Lenovo windows (idk what number) 110S and there is no cursor and i tried everything i could and it could not get back working again and it happens everytime when i turn it on. Does anyone know how to fix it?
