Solved! why can't data copy to sdcard from pc

I can't copy data from laptop to sdcard but can copy from sdcard to laptop.When copy data from laptop to sdcard,it show "The disk is write-protected.I can't also format the sdcard on laptop but can format on android and I can't delete data on sdcard.

Does the SD card have a physical button on it that is for write protection? It would be a little 'slider' switch on the side of the card.
