why cant i play league of legends decently on my laptop?

these are the specs of my laptop
processor : intel i7 3632qm cpu @2.2ghz(turbo to 3.2)
Ram : 4.00gb
graphics: intel hd 4000
: amd radeon hd7670m (ddr3 2gb)

with high setting (ccc power saving MODE for LOL) my highest fps is 45
with (ccc high performance for LOL) highes is 56
is it the best that this laptop can give?
when i play normal games at medium setting the laptop doesnt even give a steady fps of 60 man...errr
any problem u guys think my laptop have?
how the heck hd4000 and amd7670m are so clsoe in performance..?

Drivers and everything are up to date? Not sure on specific numbers, but neither of those cards are particularly good, so middle of the road performance is not surprising.

yeah its low end though..
but i am bit confused bcz my pc's graphic card (amd hd 5570) is lower in benchmarking thn this 7600m..
yet i can play LOL at high settings with a steady 60fps..
idk wht to do..

If your RAM is 4.00 GHz..then your laptop is one of its kind only..so just sell it...with your eyes closed you are looking at something like 20,000 USD straight up from relic hunters... & if its a typo(which my guess is probably the scenario), then 1st update & 2nd play games at low or medium settings.
