Why Do I Keep Getting This Error Every Time I Boot or Reboot My Computer

[Can You Help Me Please]

I delete this each and every time my computer comes on and it has not gone away. I have even tried searching the directory and CCleaner.

This is a program from Windows. Go in msconfig and disable it from startup.
