Why do you rate I-Drive so high? They are the worst ever.

I have been trying to get my data restored for 2 weeks. Their support is pathetic. Based in India I think, very difficult to understand them and they never ever call you back. I paid 150.00 for expedited shipping for a hard drive for my files. Got it in a week by regular USPS. Files were encrypted and could not restore. Still waiting for them to call me back. I have been ripped off.

Who says they are so highly rated? I assume your $150 included a HDD to host your files. Is that correct? Did you store the files in an encrypted format on their site?
