Why does the usb ports in my acer aspire 5610z doesn\'t work ?

There are 2 usb ports in back and 2 in side. all 4 of them are not working. Ther are all enabled. And the ports are in good shape. nothing happened when i shutting it down day before yesterday. What should i do????
