Why is my camera memory card telling me there are no photos

Hello,
I can see my photos on my camera but when i put my memory card into the laptop it says there are no photos or videos, i have already tried to move images from camera to sd card but it says there are no photos in internal memory! HELP!

Try getting the images directly from the camera to the PC, hook it up to the PC with a USB cable, the camera storage should show up in My Computer as a drive letter, or use the software that came with the camera to do this.
