Why is my Twitch stream freezing/skipping so bad?

I recently started streaming Player Unknown's Battlegrounds but everytime i start streaming, my stream starts freezing/skipping really badly. I have no idea why and I tried so many different bitrates and settings on OBS.

PC Specs:
Intel Core I7 6700k
EVGA GTX 1060 6gb SC
8gb Ram
ASUS H110
Cooler Master Elite 550W PSU

Hello,

First off PUB engine is ofcourse not optimized so this could give you problems.

Try these tips:
- Put your game at 1280x720 and windowed, then use a game capture in OBS.
- Settings..
Bitrate: 2000.
FPS: 60
Scale: 1280x720
Downscale: 1280x720.

- Run OBS in 64 bit, and update it if needed.

- Basic fixes:
Update drivers etc..

Honestly I had a lot of problems with PUBG when I was running with 8gbs of ram. All my problems went away by upgrading to 16gb. Hope this helps

there must be something wrong with the ISP connection.
