Question why isnt my dual screens working via display port hub to laptop

hi all,

i just bought 2 extra monitors (LG 27ml600m) and running them through targus docking dv2k (also have used Kensington SD2000P USB-C) and windows 10 wont or cant detect the screens.

LG Monitors (x2) > HDMI > HDMI DP Converter (and used the HMDI cable with DP end) > Targus display hub (or Kensington) > USB 3.0 > Computer (alienware 18/MSI ms-16r4)

anyone else having this or similar issues? as i have already tried the standard fixes but nothing
