why my browser can't open google.com

EVERYTHING WAS FINE TILL I FORMAT MY COMPUTER THEN I NOTICED MY GOOGLE CHIROME CANNOT OPEN GOOGLE.COM IT GIVES AND ERROR,SO I USED ENTER NET EXPLORER BUT AFTER SOME TIME INTERNET EXPLORER TOO STARTED THIS PROBLEM THEN I INSTALLED MOZILLA AND OPERA TOO BUT THEY HAVE THE PROBLEM TOO I FORMAT MY COMPUTER AGAIN BUT THE PROLEM WAS THERE.WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW.

That's weird. I initially thought it might have something to do with the host file but you just reformatted so that's probably not it. Try using a proxy and see if it's an issue with your ISP.

What error are you getting when you try to go to google.com? Are you having issues only with google or other website as well?
