Question Why my stroge is smaller than the advertisement

I have a problem with storing my laptop, because when I bought the seller it said that the storage of 1TB HDD then when I checked it at home there was only 237GB then where were the rest? I'm very confused please help me. [ ASUS VivoBook X505Z ]

Did you contact this seller to check? Look in Disk Manager, it will show you what drives are connected even if they are not enabled or formatted.
