Solved! Why my tcl led tv power on and off it self??

After connecting the power....my tv turn on.but after that it off itself..and on again and off again..no pictures no sounds..

First thing that comes to mind is bad power supply. Unfortunately it may prove impossible to get help from TCL if the TV is out of warranty.
