Why the battery percentage is remaining same when i start up my laptop till shut down

When i open the laptop its was 93% battery remaining there and then when i have plug the laptop charger it is not increasing and shows the remaining percentage of battery 93%

Which laptop is it exactly? brand and model

Sometimes the laptop´s battery has to be calibrated, before showing the correct charge. Is it an original battery or an aftersales?
