Solved! why wont my samsung s3 mini hold its charge

I have bought and installed a new battery but the problem still occurs. I fully charge my phone only to find three hours later the phone needs recharging. Any suggestions

If the battery was aftermarket that could be your issue. The new battery could be just as 'useful' as the old one.

It also depends on what you are doing on the phone during that time. Games? Videos? Talking? Phone just idle but screen on? etc. This will be a large factor.

No matter the above though, it should last longer as long as the battery is good and the charger is good.
