Why youtube won't load?

Hello!
I have a problem with youtube. When I go to the site, nothing shows up, only the youtube logo in the top left and the 3 dots. I have tried searching on the internet a solution for this problem but I can't find anything. I also tried to fix this problem myself but I can't find anything to do to make it work. Please help me.

Need more info, what are you trying to watch it on? If it's on a phone/tablet, try uninstalling the app and re-installing it. Everything else working normally on the web with video streaming and such?

I have this problem on my computer and I can't start a stream or things like that. I can search on the web a song or the title of a video and when I click the video, I can't like, dislike, comment, see the comments, see the other videos on the right. But when I go to a livestream, it's the same. I only see the video but I can't like, dislike, etc. and I also can't say anything on the live chat. Thank you.

If you go to YouTube web site it's blank, there is no videos listed for you? Did you try different web browsers? Try clearing temp web files from the browser you are using? Are you logged into the YouTube/Google account when you look at things?
