WiFi and LAN is not connceting

I have dell inspiron 3537 and window10, I can't turn on WiFi I tried to reinstall drivers also reset my laptop but it didn't work my LAN is also not working

Stab in the dark: Can you access LAN or WiFi internet if you enter "Safe Mode with networking"?
