Question wifi / wireless camera systems question

ok maybe some can answer if this how good are the wifi security camera systems the use wifi cameras and have there own wifi dvr? do they hold the video feed steady or do they drop the feed all the time?

It depends on the brand and your WiFi strength. Good systems with strong WiFi signals work pretty well, but cheaper ones can have connection drops. If possible, go for a system that supports dual-band WiFi (2.4GHz & 5GHz) and has a dedicated DVR with local storage as a backup.
