Will a I phone that was on a ntelos plan work on strait talk

I have a I phone 4s my plan was through ntelos can i get it activated at Walmart (strait talk) plan ?? Or will it work?

What is ntelos? I have never heard of it so im not sure. But for example i have a an iphone with verizon and if i wanted to to say switch that iphone from verizon to straight talk i wouldn't be able to do that i would have to buy a straight talk iphone if they even have an iphone.
