I want to know if it's safe and if im not going to burn my CPU if I use Intel Boost? It just worried me a little since I saw people talking about temperture and stuff, can anyone explain it to me?

Solution
No, it should be fine. As long as the CPU is not running too hot, then it can Turbo Boost up to 3.5GHz if only one core is used. If both cores are being used then the max Turbo Boost speed will be about 3.2GHz or 3.3GHz so that it will not overheat.

Really? But i my laptop overheats while gaming or rendering a video, it boosts 3.2ghz but then it underclocks to 0.68ghz because my cpu temp reaches up to almost 100° C. :/

These are my laptop specs:
Intel i7-7500U 2.70GHz ~ 3.50GHz.
AMD Radeon R7 M340.
16GB Ram.
SSD 1TB Crucial MX500.
