Will my memory be drained out?

For gaming like example crysis needs 2gb ram and 512mb video card memory and my ram is 3gb and video card 1gb so will 2gb be taken from my 3gb ram and 512mb from the 1gb video card memory

No, the game will use as much as it can of what is available, it may need say the 512 for video but if you have 1 GB it will use as much of it as it can, same with system memory
