Will my Samsung S7 work with a Sceptre smart tv for internet?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 smartphone and wondered which smart tv I could use my phone internet instead of home internet? Is that even possible?

If you don't have wifi you will need to connect the phone to the TV with an MHL adapter cable. Your phone does support this.
Another option is to use your phone as a hotspot.
