So atm i have the logitech z333 and i plan to buy the Audioengine a2+'s with the d1 dac but i was wondering if i was able to use the existing logitech subwoofer with the a2+ and the d1??

Solution
I think you can.
Connect the D1 to the PC with USB (best sound usually).
Split the line level output of the DAC with these

Connect both the A2+s and sub inputs to the RCA females.
Don't connect the Logitech satellites to the sub.
Set the A2+ volume at the max you would ever want them.
Use the level control module to set the woofer level to sound the way you want it with the A2+s.
Use the DAC volume to control overall volume.
