Will this laptop be good for gaming?

Do you think this laptop could run games like Battlefield 3 and skyrim well?

Not really. The processor is a lower end processor compared to what's produced today. The graphics card is a mid ranged, class 2 graphics card, which means it may just about play games like battlefield 3 and skyrim on low-medium. You probably won't be able to play them on high/ultra without lag/frames. The RAM and HDD size are fine.
If you're ok with playing the games on low settings, go for it. Otherwise, you're going to need a better processor and graphics card.
