Will this laptop play The Sims 3?

I am getting a new Lenovo G5030 laptop for christmas this year and I am wondering if it will play the sims 3 well. Here are the stats:

•Has Dvd drive
•500G of HDD
•2GB of RAM
•AMD Radeon graphics

Also with most expansion packs.

In my opinion it doesnt have enough GB to properly run the game. I would suggest at least having a laptop with 4GB.
