Will this laptop run the sims 3 and some expansions?

I have the Notebook ASUS X450LNV-WX080H Intel Core i7 with the sims 2 ultimate collection installed, will it be able to run the sims 3 and a couple of expansions (4 or 5) without lagging too much??

I don't play the Sims, but it shouldn't much of a problem since the Sims 3 does not have high requirements. It's probably best to go to a forum specifically for the Sims series.
