Hi. My Mums Toshiba Satellite C660D was automatically updated to Windows 10 From Windows 7 and now runs terribly. CPU usage is 90% all the time , even at idle and it takes forever to do the simplest task. I added 2GB more of ram but has barely done anything. Shes an old lady and doesnt want to have to re-learn all over again with another laptop. Any advice on drivers for win 10 or how to put it back to win 7 would be great thanks.

Hi,

Please do try to roll it back to Windows 7. Here's the steps on how you can roll it back to Windows 7.
- Click Start then select Settings.
- Click Update & Recovery.
- On the left pane click on Recovery and click on "Go back to Windows 8.1".
- Wait until it finish the downgrade and you can just disable the automatic update.
