Win32.downloader.gen virus help

Spybot recently picked up on a virus called Win32.downloader.gen. I ran Spybot in Safe Mode and it reportedly got rid of the virus but when I restarted the computer it was back. I've run Malwarebytes and Super Anti-Spyware but neither of them pick it up. MS Security Essentials and Avast didn't either. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
