Windows 10 app store not working HP G42

Recently, I am getting the "Windows 10 app store not working" error on laptop HP G42. I tried doing this but there were some things that needed to be shut down like Cortana and a few other ways. Didn't work for me though, but I did a total refresh, still didn't work but I'll try and do this fix issue again and see what happens.

just to add the g42 is not 10 ready or what ever [officially supported ]

all I see is 7 and xp on the g42 in there support pages .

so I guess your using 10 at that risk

To fix this issue, you need to clear and reset Windows Store by running WSReset.exe

Go to C:\Windows\System32 , find WSReset.exe and run it as Administrator.
