Normally you don't need a driver for laptop keyboards since it's already loaded in all Windows Operating System. If you're having problems with your keyboard, once troubleshooting step you can do is to uninstall it from Device Manager then reboot your laptop because it will reinstall automatically.
Thank you. I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I contacted Microsoft, and was told to bring the laptop back to Windows 7. But then, I read that Windows 7 won't be supported very much longer.
