Question Windows 10 gets audio out of Sync, resolves only with refresh

Hello i am having some trouble with my pc. The audio gets out of sync after some minutes. I have noticed it on either browser i try Opera, Firefox, Chrome and also on BSplayer, to temporary resolve the issue i have to refresh the web page, and close the BSplayer. I tried updating my drivers but nothing happened. I had this same issue a couple of years back but then if i paused the video and unpused it the audio would fix. Any idea what the issue might be ?

Are you sure its just not the video's fault?
