windows 10 problem

started to load windows 10 to my laptop to replace windows 7 home premium all seemed to be going well,called away from laptop while it was saying NEARLY THERE TAKING A WHILE LONGER THAN USUAL or words similar to that. Came back to laptop it had turned its self off.
Turned laptop on looked to start then screen blanked then this appeared

Have left laptop running several hours at a time nothing else happens

Are you able to enter into safe mode by pressing one of you top F keys on boot up i.e.. F5, ,F8, or F10 what ever key normally gets you in to safe mode. Try this if you can then reboot but allow it to go into safe mode completely.
