Windows 10 Sign in options

Basically I have now linked my microsoft account to windows 10, and when i turn my laptop on i have to either sign in with my email password or a pin, but I want to sign in with an actual password and not a pin. I don't like using my email password, i have a password just for my laptop that i have always used and i like, and dont want to change my email password. Is it possible to this without unlinking my microsoft account. Also on the when signing in to the laptop it displays my email, is it possible to remove this or not?
