true, though note there MAY be more up-to-date drivers, though don't update any if things work fine (exceptions are VIDEO drivers for games though you should go to AMD/NVidia as applicable and scan for the latest driver).

I recommend you do at least a RESTORE POINT before applying a driver, but preferably use a tool like Acronis True Image to backup to a USB hard drive.
 
also, sometimes you don't know what the missing driver refers to (may see in Device Manager some generic statement)... in that case just see what's NOT WORKING.

When I updated my laptop the ONLY thing I needed for W7 was the SD card reader driver... I didn't know that at first, just that SOMETHING needed a driver but everything else worked fine (audio, webcam etc). I just used the one from my LAPTOP site for Vista and it worked (though you have W7 drivers listed)
