Windows 7 Stuck at "starting windows"

For few days I'm facing this problem my laptop sitting at the starting windows loading screen.
I have 64-bit windows 7 installed in my laptop. for first time i thought It'd be a window issue so I reinstall it but it didn't work
my windows is not working when I'm trying to open it as normal boot. but it works fine whenever i open it in safemode.

so i decided to open windows as Using "Last Known Good Configuration" at startup & I unistalled my AMD Graphics Driver now its working on normal boot..
But showing terrible graphics. I did a memory test and had windows check hard drive and both were fine.

What should I do to get rid of this problem? Please help!
I'm new to this site. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Please do try to install the latest graphics card driver from AMD support site and here's the link.

http/support.amd.com/en-us/download

Be sure that you go to Programs and Features first as well to uninstall the remaining AMD drivers once done proceed with the installation of the latest driver.
