windows button missing on taskbar

After refreshing windows 8.1,the `windows` key/button has disappeared from the task bar

Hi,

When you did a refresh it might have rolled it back to Windows 8 which doesn't really have the start button. Try running an update and install all updates available, be sure also install Windows 8.1 update.
