Solution
you need to find the manufacturer of either your desktop if it is a prebuilt, or the motherboards manufacturer and model number. Go to the manufacturers website, find their support section. Find the location for downloads/drivers, lookup the model of your desktop/motherboard. Select the section for Windows 7 32bit, then find the network driver. Download and save onto a usb drive. Plug usb into the effected desktop, move to desktop, run driver installer and reboot.
