Windows Defender won't turn back on in windows 10

I'm currently running Windows 10, 32 bit and I'm having trouble turning back on windows defender but in my previous os windows 7, I don't have any trouble to it even though i have a bitdefender antivirus. When I try opening Windows Defender, the program itself, a message pops up saying: "This app has been turned off and isn't monitoring your computer. If you're using another app to check for malicious or unwanted software, use Action Center to check that app's status." plz help me guys. Thanks in advance.

If bitdefender is installed, it'll disable it

Thats why you cant turn it on
