Hi, so it attempts to boot, and you see sthg on the screen.

Your priority should be to recover whatever data you need, so you may need to use data recovery software first to copy the data to another disk. To do that, you'd need to connect the (presumed) damaged disk to another PC via USB.

The safest way to proceed would be first to image the disk, if it will allow, before trying to repair it.

Suggest you need one or more appropriate boot disks so you can examine your hard drive and see what's there. You might have corrupted partition information, or worse. Some partition table problems can be corrected using appropriate boot disks. You might try one from one of the Partition Managers like Easeus, or the newer Aomei Partition Master...
