Windows install failure

I was installing windows 10 a notice came up saying “windows could not complete installation.to install windows on this computer , restart installation . But it is stuck on that screen , what do I do to get laptop working again ?

Did you boot from the dvd or flash drive? Not install windows in windows?

And did you delete all partitions first?

No not DVD or flash drive and I had windows 8 laptop froze I tried to do reset and install windows 10 every thing froze at the end of installation

Probably better if you do a clean install of 10. Get the mediacreation tool then get the ISO
