It keeps on flashing the top part and the bottom part. It kind of looks like a Movie Theater screen when the screen is centered and it looks like the screen is in a black rectangle 1.2x the same of the screen except this time it's only the top and bottom part that flashes and its white.
Another funky thing is that when i try to put my cursers on the taskbar, they all change and start freaking out. It keeps moving back and forth everytime my cursor just hovers over the icons. They don't move a whole lot, they just move in place if that makes sense. Basically they jump either a HALF a space to the left or two the right.

I heard GTX 970s have a weird problem with Display Ports??? Well... thats what im using and so far.... only one Bluescreen of Death an a LOT of No Signals. Should i switch to HDMI? What are worst case scenerios? (I didn't make this a seperate question because it still might have to do wit this problem)
