windows on android

HI, i have android 4.2.2 tablet (intel dual core 2GHz x86 processor,1GB ram and 16 GB of internal memory ,i want to know how can i install windows 8.1 enterprice on it.

You can't. They're built on different architectures and are incompatible as far as I know. There may be a few projects out there seeking to emulate Windows on an Android device, but I don't know how far that's gotten. Microsoft has stated a desire to make Windows 10 compatible with Android devices in the future, so you may just want to wait for more news on that.
