Solved! Windows stuck on shutting down screen

I have windows 10, after few months it's stuck on shutting down screen now I can't do anything.

This may just be a simple "glitch".

Press and hold down the power-on button until the laptop suddenly shuts off.

Now press power-on button again to start your laptop.
