Windows volume control without multimedia keys on the keyboard

As the title says, I currently have a keyboard which doesn't have multimedia keys on it and I'm looking for some software that will allow me to control volume with a keyboard shortcut, for an example, [Ctrl]+ [Num+] and [Ctrl] + [Num-]
