Wireless 7.1 Headphone Discussion ~$200 range Started: 9/8/2013

I am currently looking at two models for wireless surround sound headphones for pc connectivity. I would like an opinion of which to buy of the two and am open to other suggestions in the ~$200 market.
1. Sony MDRDS6500 for ~203 on Amazon
2. Sennheiser RS 170 for ~220 on Amazon
Please help me choose as I have been pouring over reviews and "top ten lists" for months now. With little variation in order/content with any supposedly "unbiased" review/list I have been lead to these two choices though I know for a fact there are more, maybe better, options out there!
