I am now 60 and have failing hearing, I am looking for advice as to a piece of tech that will enable me to hear through a hearing device without affecting the sound from my TV or music system for others.
Has anybody any suggestions

You should also look into hearing aides from an audiologist, and enable the closed captioning on the TV set.
