wirless headphones to wired

How to convert wireless sony MDR-R800R headphones to wired one ? because i can only use this with TV, I would like to use it with laptop, but when i tried to connect directly with hearphone wires sound is very low

You can/t convert the headphones to wired.
You should be able to get them working by connecting the transmitter to your laptop headphone out. Turn the laptop volume up if it isn't loud enough but if you turn it up too high you will hear distortion regardless of how you adjust the volume of the headphones themselves.

This model sony MDR-R800R has a transmittor which requires adapter(look for sample in below image) and it is bit complicated to use with laptop.

So hookup PC to transmitter?

If uses plain Bluetooth, maybe all you have to do is to pair them?
