wondering how much of a upgrade i can get?

i have a desktop gateway pc and i want a processor that can run fallout 4 on high or ultra settings, i already have a r9 270x so my only problem is my toaster cpu, can you also recommend me what i should try to get ( i have around $180)

there are people saying they got a i7 for this motherboard... i just want a i5 or something, well anyway, what do you thing is the best possible processor i can get then?

yeah i just looked and saw that when you mentioned it was a fm1 socket, what do you think i should get then? (i looked up a list compatible with fm1 socket mb's. i'm not familiar with any of those types listed, i only know about intel and some fx chips)
